Your booking notifies us that we can expect your attendance. You and your party understand that all Pink Party Palace Indy LLC employees will take all reasonable safety precautions – as governed by regulatory authorities – and that the possibility of unforeseen hazards do exist. You and your party further agree not to hold Pink Party Palace Indy LLC, its
employees, volunteers, or affiliates liable for damages, losses, diseases, or injuries that occurred at your booked event.
You, as the parent/guardian/host, of the child(ren) in attendance consent to the child(ren) participation in the activities reserved. One (1) adult is required to be in attendance for parties with eight (8) children or less. Two (2) adults are required to be in attendance for parties of nine (9) to twelve (12) children. Please arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to your scheduled time so that we can obtain a final head count.
Seasonal offerings and/or specials have paid in full requirement. All party bookings require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. $100 or 25% (whichever is smaller) of the total party booking cost is nonrefundable. A Pink Party Palace Indy LLC credit for your deposit will be given in the event you need to cancel your party.
Pink Party Palace Indy LLC employees are committed to providing your PRINCESS with the ultimate party experience. Our staff will setup prior to and clean up after the party. We provide the linen, paper products, drinks, and food for your event. No outside food or drink is permitted. Pink Party Palace Indy LLC is not responsible for children that may have an allergic reaction to any product or service. Please inform us ahead of time if any child(ren) have any allergies, special needs, or sensitive skin. All of our products are made for children; however, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
Pink Party Palace Indy LLC reserves the right to host multiple events at the same time and we will provide your princess with 110% Princess Service and Satisfaction. We will provide at least one (1) host per booking. Please note that if a limousine service is purchased that one (1) parent must ride with the child(ren). Limousine services are provided by our proud business partnership with Aadvanced Limousines (317limousines.com).
We are a novelty entertainment day spa, event venue, and boutique. We specialize in pampering PRINCESSES from the age of 3 to tween. Our aim is to provide a glamorous spa treatment and host the ultimate birthday party for PRINCESSES. Pink Party Palace Indy LLC voluntarily adheres to the board for cleanliness and sanitation and is a licensed nail spa by the State of Indiana. We reserve the right to substitute any services without prior notice. Our party room is considered private and your time will not be shared or viewed by the public.
If any parent/guardian/host associated with a party creates a hostile environment for the staff, Pink Party Palace Indy LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or end the party without prior notice and no refund will be issued. Additionally, Pink Party Palace Indy LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend this policy agreement as deemed necessary, in accordance to the applicable guidance of the State of Indiana.
All outstanding or remaining funds, plus tax, from a booking will be due prior to the completion of the party, along with any other funds due from additional items purchased.
